We want you to feel comfortable shopping with DIYSLAND. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
30-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days after you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at support@diysland.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for your return request
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
