How to Request a Replacement Part
Please email us at support@diysland.com and include:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A clear photo of the instruction step or part number
- A photo of the damaged piece, if applicable
- A short description of what you need
The more detail you provide, the faster we can help identify the correct part.
Before You Contact Us
Many DIY kits include small extra pieces in the package. Before requesting a replacement, please check:
- The small accessory bags
- The wooden sheets after removing pieces
- The instruction manual part list
- The packaging corners and inner wrapping
Tiny parts can sometimes hide inside the packaging.
