Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Your order may ship from one of our partnered warehouses depending on product availability, destination, and the fastest available route. If you order more than one item, your items may arrive in separate packages.

What to Expect After You Order

1. Order Confirmed

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

2. Carefully Prepared

Your DIY kit will be prepared and checked before shipment. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During holidays, sales seasons, or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer.

3. Tracking Number Sent

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take a little time to update after the package first enters the carrier system.

4. Delivered to Your Door

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–13 business days for the United States and 8–20 business days for international orders, depending on your location and local carrier conditions.

Once your kit arrives, it is time to enjoy a peaceful creative moment and begin bringing your miniature world to life.

Why Items May Arrive Separately

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on warehouse availability and shipping speed. This helps us get each item to you as quickly as possible instead of holding your entire order until every item is ready.

Orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, or local taxes depending on your country or region. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.
