Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. DIYSLAND offers free standard shipping on all orders.

Where do you ship from?

Your order may ship from one of our partnered warehouses depending on product availability, destination, and the fastest available route. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. After shipment, estimated delivery is usually 5–13 business days for the United States and 8–20 business days for international orders, depending on your location and local carrier conditions.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take a little time to update after the package first enters the carrier system.

Why did my items arrive separately?

If you order more than one item, your items may ship separately depending on warehouse availability and shipping speed. This helps us avoid delaying your entire order while waiting for all items to be ready.

Are these finished products or DIY kits?

Most DIYSLAND products are DIY kits, not finished products. You will assemble the miniature pieces by hand to create the final display.

Are glue, batteries, or tools included?

Some kits may not include glue, batteries, or pigment due to international shipping restrictions. Please check the product description before ordering and prepare any required materials separately.

Are DIYSLAND kits suitable for beginners?

Many of our kits are beginner-friendly, but each kit varies in size, detail, and difficulty. We recommend checking the product details, estimated assembly time, and difficulty level on each product page.

What should I do if a part is missing or damaged?

Please contact us at support@diysland.com with your order number, product name, and clear photos of the missing or damaged part. We will do our best to help through our Replacement Parts Support.

Can I return my order?

We accept return requests within 30 days after you receive your item. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending anything back.

What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help make it right.

Will I need to pay customs or import taxes?

Customs fees, import duties, VAT, or local taxes may apply depending on your country or region. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.
